What’s your MOQ for custom tents?
We accept 100 sets per color or size for OEM orders, and 200 sets if you need a fully new frame design.

How long is the lead time for samples and bulk?
Normally we finish samples in 5–7 days and mass production in about 30 days; urgent orders can be squeezed into 18–20 days with a small overtime fee.

Which trade terms do you support and can you deliver to Amazon?
We quote FOB Jiangmen, CIF to any port, or DDP to your warehouse including Amazon FBA, and we handle customs, tax and appointment booking for you.

Do your fabrics meet fire-retardant rules in Europe and the USA?
Our oxford and polyester can pass CPAI-84 for the US and B1/M2 for Europe, with fresh SGS or TÜV reports issued yearly.

What payment methods are accepted and is L/C possible?
We take 30 % T/T deposit and 70 % before shipment, PayPal for small amounts, and L/C at sight for orders above fifty thousand dollars.
